I spent much of my business life as a partner at BoozAllenHamilton Inc. building business strategies around high tech cores and, at times, building pure information technology or focused operational strategies. The work was great fun and always an education, but offered little time for extended new thought. Now that I am semi-retired I have devoted much of my time to thinking about and experimenting with more advanced techniques for building state-of-the-art strategies for both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations. This blog will capture those new thoughts and techniques as a way to share them with my clients and friends.
